I moved to the USA in 2003, since then, I have been involved in managing and teaching at the college level. For the past couple of years, I am preparing for a leadership position at a community college in the USA. To prepare me for this position, I earned M.Ed. in Community College Leadership. I am aware of the complexity of community college administration. Along with earning my M.Ed. degree, I also studied a number of books that allowed me to understand America's community college systems. I am looking for a better opportunity to use my knowledge, skills, and abilities to lead a community college. In my heart, there is a passion for the missions of the American community colleges.
