Graduate Quantity Surveyor with BSc. (Hons) from the University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka which is accredited by RICS, AIQS, PAQS, IQSSL & ICES. To obtain a challenging position as a professional in the arena of Post-Contract and Pre-Contract environment in the field of MEP, Civil, Infrastructure, Landscape, and Fit-out construction where I can maximize my competencies, capabilities, skills, education, and 7 years of working experience (Including UAE experience) in Quantity Surveying while effectively contributing to uplift the image of the Employer, construction industry and attached professional bodies.I’m fully capable of undertaking the following responsibilities as Take-off quantities, BOQ Preparation, Preparation of Tender Documents, evaluation of IPAs & preparation of IPCs, Preparation & evaluation of Bids/ Variations, and Subcontract Management, Tendering and Estimating, Cost Controlling and Monitoring.I am also an expert in CostX, Plan Swift, Auto CAD, MS Project, and MS Office Package.
