Area Human Resources Manager for two and at times three markets currently consisting of 29 locations (up to 5,000 employees) and supervisory responsibilities of an HR Manager in each location with 60-80% travel. Primary responsibilities include driving business results through positive and effective employee relations management, root cause analysis, implementation of HR strategies, training and development, talent/succession planning and consistent application of policy and procedures.Human Resources Generalist for 29 location (up to 5,000 associates)*Coach HR Managers, Store Managers and Market Directors on employee relations and legal concerns*Lead investigations, Ethics Line complaints relating to Associate Relations issues and unemployment claims/hearings.*Lead Extra Support Programs and monitor action plans in stores resulting in the market with the highest and largest increase in Employee Engagement *Audit HR Managers for compliance with Lowe’s and government processes*Conduct market talent planning meetings with Market Directors and Store Managers*Mentor and on-board new Area Human Resources Managers
