Linked in Summary Do you struggle with your weight? Do you have a hard time keeping a good diet? Do you know what it’s like to be too busy and too tired or too sore to workout? We’ll, I’ve been there too. In fact, I am still working on it. That is why I recently got certified as a Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach and a Corrective Exercise Specialist. I want to help busy dads like me get fit and healthy. Because I believe that we deserve to look good, feel great and have lots of energy for our lives and for our families. At the beginning of 2022 I started this newest journey of health and Fitness. I worked out 100 days in a row without missing a day. I built the workout habit. For me, that was step one because I’m the past 10 years I struggle to workout for two weeks in a row. I am thinking of starting a series or writing a book called “The Workout Habit”. I truly believe that if you make exercise a part of your daily routine your life will be that much better.

I started working out when I was about 12 With my older brother Kekoa. I’ve been a personal trainer, fitness coach and a CrossFit level 1 coach. Providing one on one sessions, small and large group sessions and even ran my own boot camp for 6 years called Hawaii Adventure Boot Camp. In the Army and Army National Guard I served as a 68W Health Care Specialist (aka. The “Combat Medic”) while in the service I’ve always had some kind of leadership role in the Physical Fitness Training and Combatives program. Helping Soldiers with weight loss, passing their Army Physical FItness Test and now their Army Combat Fitness Test. More recently, my wife and I start a podcast, “How We Get Fit” where we interviewed fit people to inspire people to get fit. Now, I work as the General Manager at Anytime Fitness Aiea helping people get to a healthier place. My second hobby/skill/passion is content creation. I am fascinated by what people can create and promote on line from video to audio to written content posted across all the different social platforms in order to grab and keep attention and then to educate and entertain them providing as much value as possible. I have created multiple podcasts, YouTube Channels, blogs, websites and accounts across all the other social media sites. I am here to create valuable, entertaining and educational content and help people (including my self) Get Fit. -
