Operations Engineer
Current*Manage and maintain Linux environments, including server configuration, performance optimization, and automation tasks.*Troubleshoot issues in telecommunication services such as SMSC, SMPP, USSD, IVR, VMS, etc and campaign manager system environments efficiently, across different countries. *Utilize tcpdump for network traffic capture and conduct packet-level analysis with Wireshark to diagnose and resolve technical issues.*Provide customer support by diagnosing and resolving technical issues on the above services in client servers, ensuring minimal downtime and maintaining high service standards. *Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients, leveraging strong verbal and written communication skills to meet customer requirements. *Administer and troubleshoot system operations to ensure seamless functionality and efficiency.*Perform database management using MySQL, optimizing performance and resolving database-related issues to ensure data integrity and accessibility. *Skilled at diagnosing issues and implementing effective strategies to resolve them, ensuring the stability and reliability of services.
