- Responsible for end-to-end IT Recruitment (Sourcing, Screening, Short listing, Selecting, Offering, Negotiation).- On Boarding, Documentations, Induction. IT Provisioning, Employee Engagement Activities.- Based upon the criticality of the requirement, planning, organizing & coordinating recruitment drives.- Organizing and Coordinating walk-in-drives.- Managing various reports related to attendance, salary.
