Digital workspace | Modern Device Management | Application Packaging• Transition &Transformation Framework: Includes assessment, due diligence, SOW preparation, initiation, context exchange, formulation, hyper care, parallel run support, inflight project, and handover to the operation team.• Presales Activities: Involves sales presentations, building SOW from scratch, and POC setup.• Architectural Roadmap Design: Translates business requirements into MDM/EMM frameworks.• Documentation: Develops high-level and low-level documentation solutions for business needs.• Business Review Meetings: Engages with higher management and stakeholders to identify requirements and resolve ongoing MDM/EMM issues.• MDM/EMM Implementation: Manages device enrollment, compliance, configuration, update policies, and restrictions.• MECM/SCCM Management: Shares workloads for hybrid infrastructure and upgrades production environments to the latest CB version. Implementing the End-to-End solution (Microsoft Intune, Configuration Manager, Co-Management, Desktop Analytics, Windows Autopilot)• Windows Autopilot Solutions: Implements and manages device provisioning with Hybrid & Azure AD, collaborating with OEM vendors.• Application Packaging: Creating and deploying all the software packages / Applications including custom EXE, MSI and script/ batch files to managing client.• Windows Update for Business: Patches systems via internet through update rings (feature, critical, security updates).• Patch Management: Designs and sets up solutions for servers and workstations, including using PATCHMYPC for third-party applications.• Global Collaboration: Works with clients across North America, UK, and APAC regions.
