Over the past 20 years, I've given professional workshops on experience design, innovation, customer experience, and strategy around the world--in New York City, Hamburg, London, Paris, and Sydney, among other locations. The topics of my courses include mapping experiences, customer journey mapping, jobs to be done, strategy, design sprints, UX design, and more.
