To meet up with the customers expectations and with proper preparation for sales (quality of materials, required trainings, etc)Main responsibilities and achievements: - Successful launch of Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud - brand new product for the company for corporate clients in small and medium businesses in April, 2019. The launch managed to be done within 3 days worldwide in all channels (partner, online). Regions in scope were: Europe, North America, APAC, LATAM, Middle East, Africa and Russia. - Management of the launches of product updates for consumer and corporate markets worldwide in ever changing environment external and internal (new requirements, risks, and so on) on-going through the year. - Identifying the scope of work, creating project plan and organizing regular status updates within the project team and key stakeholders, plus resource management.- Establishing the key milestones and dependencies leading to a successful launch execution.- Developing and maintaining productive working relationships with cross-functional team members and key stakeholders to ensure that all requirements are executed on time and successfully.- Identifying and communicating risks to all parties, creating risk mitigation plan.- Owning the process of the launch management and making sure the process is known and understood within the company.
