Coached lacrosse for club Juggernaut at Colorado State University. Recruiting, player development, scouting, and coordinating both offense and defense as an assistant coach. In-term Head Coach in 2009, all while working for custom lacrosse company Rocket-It Pocket as the National Sales Manager. Rock-It Pocket has the most innovative patent in lacrosse with the off-set head design.Moved back to Denver in 2008, began working at iconic Herman's Hideaway! Learning the business from mentors Allan and Mike Roth (3rd Generation Owner), together we successfully navigated a highly competitive music scene as a independent venue. February 2020 stepped down as General Manager at Herman's. Started working for Edison Interactive as a Revenue Performance Manager in partnership with Avis Budget Group. Inspired by Thomas Edison, the company is dedicated to innovation and pioneering technology that helps connect the world. Kale attributes a great deal of his success to the life lessons he learned during his lacrosse career. Playing for Colorado State University, he was a three time Caption, an all American, and had "cup of coffee" in (NLL) National Lacrosse League with the Colorado Mammoth in 2004. Playing in four straight National Title games, led to two wins as a player and 2 more as a Coach. The team was victorious in 208 wins and 52 losses in 10 years. In 2012, Kale's hard work paid off when he was inducted into the Colorado State University lacrosse hall of fame.
