• Serve as LOE Billing Package Preparer, collecting and analyzing data to detect non-compliance with Level of Effort, FTR regulations and MSI policies for billing purposes while preparing extensive reports for submission to Contracts and Internal Audit.• Reducing cost for MSI by thoroughly reviewing expenses submitted by sub-contractors.• Provide oversight and assess project status by working very closely with subcontractor employees.• Work daily with multiple departments within the organization to keep accurate funding, costs, and revenue tracking.• Provide financial analysis/reconciliation of all of our contractor’s invoices against what was billed and approved by clients.• Analyze and report on complex data to meet client needs using applications such as excel.• Conduct research and analysis to gather and document requirements for audit review of the budget.• Trainer and administrator for Replicon, a web-based time reporting database that serves as the official record that supports hours worked and expenses charged, which are used to invoice the Government. • Attend quarterly project review meetings and coordinate schedules with the project team for kickoff meetings.• Create and track key project documents.
