As IT Desktop Support I work at Imperial Supplies (a Grainger owned company) and image new PCs for our new hires, troubleshoot and resolve tickets for our computers and printers using both Jira and ServiceNow, and issues can range from hardware issues to some software issues. I also occasionally use Sailpoint to assign users to groups in Active Directory. I have also helped with our transition of managing our endpoint devices from Altris to Intune.

As an IT Consultant for TEKsystems I am dispatched to various Aspirus hospital and clinic locations that were acquired from Ascension and assist with integrating these locations into the Aspirus system. Work I perform includes distributing new hardware such as label printers, rovers, PC’s, and monitors. I also troubleshoot said hardware when it is not working correctly and I resolve whatever the issue may be as well as getting these items connected to the network which includes occasionally going into network closets and activating the proper ports needed. I also participate in software go-lives, and network cutovers at each location and help resolve any issues that arise with those. I also reimage Ascension PC’s to make them Aspirus PC’s using an image provided by our switch configured for imaging. I then push any necessary software needed via Altiris

I would greet guests and explain any and all promotions happening for the day and give out rewards play when players earned it. I was also in charge of maintaining booth cleanliness throughout the night, and ensuring the booth had everything needed for the day. As a dual I take on the role of a supervisor when there is no supervisor present. This includes ensuring the other hosts remain productive, the promotions are running smoothly, compensating our high rolling guests when needed, and keeping the other supervisors informed on what is happening on my shifts.

I would make sandwiches, greet customers, close up shop, general cleanup, food prep, and count the till.

I was responsible for making sandwiches, store cleanup, closing up shop, counting drawers, audit store at the end of the night, and delivering orders on occasion.
