I am the social media captain leading the social media aspect of Crunch Normal as well as partner outreach. I also am a MIT in charge of cancellations, training/aiding the front desk MSR’s as well as doing membership sales and pushing my team to become the best versions of themselves.

I was expected to actively be moving and scanning large zones of a pool to be readily available to jump into the pool for drowning children and or perform necessary CPR/First Aid in certain situations until EMS arrived to take over the patrons medical reputations.

I was expected to greet, assist, and aid all customers in need. I would stock shelves, assist customers, and answer questions to the best of my knowledge. I was in charge of also helping teach the new associates as much as I could. Finally, I would often be pulled to the service desk up front to help with customers on a social level due to the skills.

I was in charge of training the new host on how to properly greet a customer upon entrance to the restaurant. I was also in charge of seating tables with the appropriate number of guests and comforting them with subtle talk while introducing their server.

I was in charge of taking orders and drinks for customers and keeping them pleased to enjoy their trip to Cracker Barrel. I was cross trained as a Cashier also working the register when needed.
