CurrentOpen the shop, check truck and trailers, communicate with fleet. Ensure efficient Roll out time. Check on all projects from the day before. doing quality assessments of the job. Updating the jobs in net-suite. Complete 7 day job reviews to be prepared for project in the pipeline. Make sure plans are correct, make sure crews have the permits, call 811 if necessary, and make sure all special material is orders for the electrical work. Training new employees. Work with sales and customers for exceptional customer service. Review and approve time cards and pto request. We use paycom. Manage credit cards and receipts for jobs and equipment. Facilitate weekly tool box talks, cover safety topics and beat install practices. Supervised all solar projects in my office until they passed the utility inspection. Also, checking in and doing site visits on the crews.
