I provided one on one instruction to students who had difficulties with reading, comprehending, and mathematics. I taught these students to use their visual senses in order to improve the sensory-cognitive processes necessary to read, comprehend, and do math. Many of my students had previous diagnoses like autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, dyslexia, or general learning challenges, which required understanding and patience in my actions and methods.

As a collaborative effort between American universities and the government of Lombardy, I worked with Italian students aged 14-19 in pursuit of greater understanding and use of the English language. I taught chemistry classes using the CLIL (Content and Language Integrated Learning) approach, thus facilitating language immersion.
