Director Of Technical Services (Video)
Current• Group leadership/supervision for investigating new products and methods for support/technical field services.• Provide and oversee direct technical support to Critical Support/Service team for advanced technical issues such as root cause analysis of major system failures.• Provide technical support for new sales opportunities with non-standard requirements or conditions.• Interface with external engineering/development teams to establish scopes of work and to monitor performance standards of the Getac Video Solutions product suite.• Participate in customer meetings to interface with client leadership to mold Technical Operationsand design future product roadmaps with development and product managers.• Oversee Technical Field Services operations to improve efficiencies that lead to higher revenue and return rate for deployment services.• Provide input to technical standards and process development.• Provide leadership to Support management and Technical Field Services management for internal operational improvement and execution.
