Outbound Operations - IND9 IXD- Responsible for IND9 BHN outbound operations, which consists of 10 salaried managers and 600-700 associates- Oversee key OB metric delivery for IND9 including Fluid Load, Manual Palletize, Robotic Palletize, Transfer Out, and Transfer Out Dock CPLH.- Identified and successfully implemented regional network TI carton performance best practices, leading to an increase of ~10,000 cartons per shift- Achieved 95% favorable inclusion scores from leaders and greater than 90% for associates during my tenure as OM- Facilitated daily sync meeting on shift plan and admin task deliverables between members of Operations, Safety, RME, PXT, and TOM in order to be in 100% compliance as a site by EOW.

IND9 IXD - Building Flow Operations, ICQA, and Outbound Dock Management- Owner of several key metrics, including PID DPMO, GIA, and UCO DPMO for the IND9 building. - Dropped Network Quality ranking from 16th to 5th during the 2023 Peak season by aligning all shifts on new standard work for tracking outbound dwells, Freight Identification (FIPS) audits, and inventory adjustments - Reduced monthly unreceives as part of the Pallet Receive Error tracking program through a feedback progression process, resulting in IND9 reducing monthly unreceive units by 90,326 from September to October of 2023- Coordinated the loading of up to 100 trailers of IXD received vendor freight to 50-60 Amazon distribution sites per shift with team of 40+ associates, 2 ship clerks, and 3 process assistants in the Outbound “End of Line” role- Oversaw building Flow department and plans to meet over 100K carton target production and >1 million units received per shift - Created weekly allocation plans in partnership with outbound departments in order to strategize over 100K diverts of product to 37 dock doors, 20 direct rated receive and sort function lanes, and 10 Manual Palletize lanes. - Developed and facilitated the Tier 3 Stepping Into Leadership program, a 5-week training for FHD Process Assistant’s focused on leadership skills, IND9 Flow knowledge, standard work, and growth into future L4 and above leadership within Amazon.

IND9 IXD- Receive and Prep- Supervised a team of over 250+ associates and 8 process assistants as a manager in the Receive/Prep department at IND9, the benchmark IXD site of Amazon- Created “RPND Playbook” utilized by Regional IXD Learning Network in training material for new Area Managers in the RPND department across - Facilitated monthly meetings to drive site wide network impact on rated functions, safety initiatives, and associate engagement with 8 Area Managers and 4 Operations Managers from all shifts

They are then positioned as interns for companies found throughout Ohio looking to expand and enhance their international business relations.
