I am in charge and help a team of cart staff to ensure all duties and tasks are completed to exceed the standards of not only our team but our members. Along with daily tasks, I train our outside staff on customer service as well as practicing it myself at all times throughout the day. This means helping members outside with anything they could possibly need as well as tending to their needs while inside the Proshop. In addition, I helped set up tournaments and our weekly leagues using the Golf Genius software. I also made advertisements through signage and catalogues for proshop sales during these events or holidays. While stationed in the pro shop, I assisted with club repair, customer service, and retail sales. In 2022, our golf shop brought in close to $800,000 in revenue that I was proud to be apart of. During my time at greenbrier, I also managed our golf simulation room. I learned the Trackman technology and helped any member or guest do the same or simply set them up to use it. At the same time, I would serve this room food and drinks to help our dining staff with the overflow of orders. During a portion of my employment, I learned to bar tend and help out our Food and Beverage department whenever they needed it.
