Gressette and Mickel Hall (July 2021-Present)• Oversee the day-to-day operation of first-year traditional and suite-style residential buildings• Develop communities and belonging for two buildings totaling 550 residents• Directly hire and supervise 14 Resident Assistants and 1 Community Development Assistant• Collaborate with four Living Learning Communities and Community faculty partners• Advises Community Council student leaders to engage residents within the community• Upholds the Residential Experience Model (REM) curriculum to assist students in self-exploration, community connections, intellectual engagement, and leading as global citizens• Participates in a 24-hour on-call rotation to provide crisis response to approximately 4,700 residents of campus

I am completing my practicum for my Masters's program in the LGBTQ+ side of the Harvey and Lucinda Gantt Multicultural Center.

In this role I am assisting with the summer conference services portion of the housing department.

For my role I served as the liaison for the South Atlantic Affiliate of College and University Residence Halls to the Residence Hall Associations Presidents. I also over seen the Affiliation process for all schools in the South Atlantic.
