• Oversee all Social aspects of the organization. • This includes but isn't limited to; Formal events, informal events, meetings with other organizations and chapter organization. • These all require much planning and flawless communication in order to be successful.

• Responsible for assisting the Front of House manager in day-to-day tasks• Helping the restaurant staff increase sales and guest satisfaction without compromising the hospitality values and goals of the restaurant and company.

• Serve guests in a Civil War Era home converted to an upscale restaurant that serves farm to table dishes, holds large events, and radiates a family friendly environment. • Perform proper customer service when taking care of guests and giving tours of the historical home. • Assist in seating and greeting an average of 80 guests each night which contributed to the $5 million in revenue earned throughout the year

• Start Guests day off with an incredible experience and a great meal.• Aid in the pacing in the meal for guest and attend to requests accordingly. • Trained in opening and closing the restraunt on required shifts.

• Responsible for filling out and completing the Night Auditing to close out accounts for the day. • Oversee the hotel from 12am-8am• Responsible for making breakfast in the morning for guests. • Starts guests day off with a smile and a warm attitude.
