I managed a capital budget of ~$5M for 30 projects, ranging from $10K to $1M+ multiyear endeavors. I owned investment proposal development, managed stakeholder approvals, and liaised between technical designers.

I actively monitored daily and long-term production, monthly energy/environmental stewardships, on-call support for unit personnel, and process troubleshooting. One of my key achievements was successfully updating controls to reduce waste, resulting in substantial annual savings of $1 million. This project involved close collaboration with operations staff.

Using first engineering principles, I targeted and resolved a purity constraint on a strategic ethylene recovery system, resulting in a 10% increase in feed capacity and eliminating a $1.5M per year lost opportunity cost due to capacity constraints.

I developed and implemented a unique data analysis tool that led to unprecedented product quality and stability. I also took the lead in retraining process personnel using the tool to ensure smooth operations.
