These five strengths have helped mold me into the professional that I am today - let me explain.I have always loved fixing things and finding better ways to get tasks done. Why take a few hours to do something that could have been completed in ten minutes? I found a knack for analyzing processes and working with others to identify and eliminate inefficiencies, speeding up the flow of work and increasing outputs. In doing so, I always have the big picture in mind and pay careful attention to how processes contribute to organizational direction, strategy, and goals. I am intrigued by the unique qualities of each individual and enjoy figuring out how different people can work together productively, playing to their strengths. I have strong values including integrity, work ethic, commitment, selflessness, and servant leadership that I do not waiver from. Post-graduation with a bachelor’s degrees in project management and finance, I am excited for this next stage in my life. In the next ten years, I plan to attain the CAPM, PMP, Scrum, and Six Sigma certifications, as well as an MBA. I am eager to utilize my skillset in the workforce and see what unique opportunities present themselves in this pursuit of growth and professional development. As of now, I am the SBA Project and Process Specialist at First Internet Bank, working to improve processes, lead departmental projects, and adopt change. I pitched this role to executive & senior management during my internship and was offered the job. I saw a need and came up with a solution, it’s what I love to do.
