I currently attend the University of Tennessee as a business analytics major with a concentration in finance in the Haslam College of Business. Consistency and following a routine set of instructions is one of my strengths. As a supervisor at Kroger, I constantly have to follow rules and procedures when an issue arises. Another strength of mine is responsibility, as a supervisor I have to take responsibility for my actions in order to set a good example and keep other’s trust in me to guide them.My career goal is to be a lead data analyst and lead a team of other analysts. I enjoy crunching numbers and looking at data and seeing how that data coincides with what actually happens. I look to use data to help the company I work for reduce operating costs as well as increase revenue to provide a better future for the company.
