In this position, I'm responsible for day-to-day order picking for 100+ stores across the United States, using a voice-to-pick system to provide dynamic warehouse support to our retail operations. With my team, we ensure dozens of orders are completed timely and efficiently each and every day. In addition to this primary role, I assist elsewhere in the warehouse as needed to provide additional support for receiving, stocking, and various projects.

In this role, I applied my ability to adapt and desire to help all customers with any need they may have to flex between several different departments, from lawn & garden to hardware, in order to provide support to both my team and customers. As a team, we communicated often in order to cover all needs within the location, and often found ourselves picking up new skills on the job in order to meet a customer's request.
