 Ensure compliance of SBP Prudential Regulations and Bank’s internal policies. Ensure compliance of KYC (Know Your Customer) philosophy on opening and monitoring accounts Assist client in opening of bank account, matching the Bank’s Policy and the customer’s desire/need ensuring completion of all requirements. Ensure completion of all formalities prior to Issuance of cheque book.  Maintain proper records of Account opening Forms, Standing instructions and revocation thereof, stop payment instructions and revocation thereof. Assist customer desirous to close the account ensuring adherence to the procedure and completion of all formalities  Respond swiftly to the customers balance queries, accounts statements requests etc.  Ensure efficient customer service at the Cash Counters and provide high standards of banking services.  Supervise cash payments and receipts and ensure proper recording of the transactions. Supervise development of periodic cash requirement to maintain adequate supply of cash in the Bank Vault and oversee daily issuance and receipt of balance. Assist Branch Manager in marketing efforts to build and maintain core deposit base Any other assignment assigned by the superiors.
