Key Responsibilities:BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT:• Screws Identify potential deposit customers & develop a diversified liability portfolio to achieve individual & liability sales team targets.• Be a primarily primary point of contact with all deposit clients.• Understand customers financial as well as investment needs.• Ensure effective market & customers coverage.• Maintain steady growth of market shares.• Ensure cross-selling of all other Meezan Bank ltd products & services.• Cross sell, generate lead & refer to related departments/divisions.• Able to asses customers need & resolve problems.• To keep updated knowledge of all products & compliance.• To render the highest level of services to clients.FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES• To ensure & guide the customers about account opening and deliver complete information and communicate all terms and conditions to customers for long and healthy relationships.• To attend weekly meetings with the Branch Manager for Business Development.• To ensure healthy environment in branch.• Perform any task given by line manager.• Formulate different strategies for business development.EFFECTIVE PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT • Maintain deposit portfolio as per defined portfolio quality benchmark.• Maintain persistency on renewal portfolios as specified by the regulator.• Ensure achieving a pre-defined portfolio benchmark.SERVICE QUALITY • Meet internal service standards and ensure no service related complaints are received from customers.• Ensure staff is keeping service standards.COMPLIANCE • Ensure compliance in sales, service and delivery to customers particularly in context of knowing your customer & anti money laundering in accordance with Meezan Bank ltd.
