I could never put a book down when I was kid. I mean, how could I when I was engulfed in the pages of Joyce Carol Oates or Lois Lowry?Therefore, it was no surprise that I thought my dream job would be writing the next great American novel. Instead, a great mentor helped me hone my talent and build a steady career path. Since then, I’ve built my career in a variety of roles and industries, from publishing, marketing communications to corporate and internal communications. And I’ve also grown my skills in social media, employee advocacy, copywriting, bringing a brand's story to life and telling stories that people can relate to. When I’m not planning the next great internal communications campaign, you can find me running around in the Florida heat taking photos, and of course still working on that next great American novel.
