As I transitioned to full-time, I took on additional responsibilities in my case work. Shifting out of my internship role, I was granted more complex case work where I served as the primary analyst on a project.Within my daily duties, I analyzed economic data using spreadsheets and databases while ensuring its integrity and accuracy to work with clients to analyze their employment practices. I performed programming, model building, and regression analyses in statistical analysis programs. I collaborated and worked independently on projects to address the client concerns including: diversity, hiring benchmarks, “warns” and reduction-in-force (RIF) protocols, wage-and-hour analyses, and other labor and employment related work. I had the opportunity to train interns and other peers on skills and project cases ranging from building regression analyses to generating macro code in excel to create dynamic interfaces for clients.

As I continue to pursued my Masters in Applied Economics, I had the opportunity of interning with the Labor and Employment Practice of Charles River Associates.Through my internship, I had hands-on experience analyzing the employment practices of companies and parties ranging from their hiring and selection processes to transfers and terminations. Using SAS, Stata, Microsoft Excel, & other software and platforms, I was able to check the relationship between these practices and factors such as, gender, ethnicity, race, and age.

As a proud Seminole, I was honored to serve my fellow students and FSU community through Student Business Services, one of the first teams to connect with students and families.My team provided a 95-100% call response to a campus of 30,000+ students, helping to resolve issues concerning student financial accounts. I aided students, families, and the community with gaining information about student accounts and the University, as well as assisting with payment coordination. My role was to triage students to the correct resource, maintain clear and concise notes on account portals to document my interaction and assistance, and provide a positive experience for those that interacted with our office. My goal on each interaction was to provide the client with the answers they needed to either resolve the issue or refer them to the person who could resolve the issue via phone transfer, email, or contact information.

Growing up in Palm Beach County, Florida and then moving to the state capitol, Tallahassee definitely increased my interest in political science.While pursuing my bachelors degree in political science, I had the opportunity to serve as an intern for my county and meet with the state legislators and staff that affect my own community. I attended weekly committee meetings for the 2019 Florida Legislative Session and lobbyist meetings, maintaining well organized notes, comments, and reports. I developed weekly legislative updates for the County’s public website and the County’s Board of Commissioners documenting the progress and notes on Palm Beach County’s Appropriation Priorities and general legislative session updates. I also created a revamped documenting spreadsheet to track and flag the county’s key legislation.

Chick-Fil-A is always about service with a smile. I still carry that with me today & I'm often caught saying "My Pleasure", when hearing the CFA magic words.I worked as a cashier and service associate at Chick-Fil-A and was a part of the award-winning team and franchise that was one of the branches to have made over a million dollars in a fiscal year. Our Chick-Fil-A franchise serviced a college campus of over 30,000 students, 2,500 faculty, and 8,000 staff, not including the community as the campus is open to the public and served at many of the sports games. In my duties, I communicated efficiently and effectively with consumers, staff, and management. After my first season, I was asked to train our incoming staff. I worked efficiently and cooperatively in a team environment promoting customer service skills to enhance the consumer experience. I was also responsible for opening and closing the store. This responsibility included checking inventory of supplies as they arrived, recording and reporting cash balances, and stocking the supplies and stations with the necessary equipment and products.

Dance has always been apart of my life, so it was an honor of mine to become a beginner's hip hop instructor for the same dance company I started my hip-hop journey in.As a trained hip-hop dancer (10 years), with classical training in Jazz and Tap, I became a beginners hip hop dance instructor for students ages 3-10. I groomed the dancers to perform at the annual showcase and as “mini’s” in a group performance at the Miami Dolphins Half-Time Show. I conducted the class for 2 consecutive seasons, with students being promoted to performing level troupes.
