We represent individuals and families of those who have been severely injured or killed as a result of motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, and negligently maintained premises.· Directly supports the CEO · Respond to phone calls and emails for CEO as needed· Complete special projects for CEO as needed· Answer all incoming calls and route to the correct personnel· Field client intake calls to determine whether a case has value • Maintain a calendar for three attorneys• Schedule client conferences with attorneys and staff• When necessary, make travel arrangements for three attorneys• Manages timekeeping & payroll for employees• Processes invoices• Handle all aspects of A/P & A/R• Manage office supplies and orders• Sort & deliver incoming mail daily• Process weekly employee expense reports• Utilize prioritization and time management to effectively carry out all job duties
