My position with Apotech has allowed me to gain experience in areas of business and IT. My responsibilities include: ensuring all supplies are stocked/reordered in a timely manner, assisting upper management with various projects, completing onboarding/offboarding process for staff, management of marketing products, negotiation, legal compliance, staff scheduling, payroll, and data entry.

As the face of the hotel, my primary responsibility was to ensure customer satisfaction and to create a welcoming environment for both guests and staff. My responsibilities included: check in/check out, settling outstanding bills, cash handling, submitting/reviewing daily reports, complaint resolution, customer service, and staff training. This position gave me significant experience with time management in a fast paced environment, and sharpened my customer service skills.

At Elements Massage, my primary responsibility was to sell the Wellness Experience, but also to create an environment that allowed our clients to feel safe and respected. My responsibilities included: cash handling, payment settling, marketing/advertising, meeting sales quotas, HIPAA compliance, customer engagement, and light cleaning.

Similar to my position at Hilton, I provided a positive guest experience and handled the front desk duties. The primary responsibility with this position was closing of the business day & smooth system migration to the next day. My responsibilities included: report submission, accounting, data entry, system refresh, and customer service.
