- Develops, coordinates, and implements events and fundraising strategies- Maintains budget for key events- serves as a liaison between event vendors, sponsors, and volunteers- Provides staff leadership in event planning and recognition- Maintains data integrity through efficient data acquisition and management- Confers with executive leadership on strategic event issues in support of association's mission while serving as the primary event contact- Achieves annual fundraising goals each year by developing appropriate strategies for the cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of associate business partners/vendors- Implements strategies to acquire, retain, and upgrade associate business partners/vendors-Maintains a prospective portfolio of event-based donors, corporations, and foundations to cultivate and solicit gifts for various annual campaigns- Maintains relationships, an effective database, and cultivation plan with vendors and other partners for ongoing financial and product supports for the events- Provides strategy and support to fundraising events hosted by regional philanthropic councils across the state- Strategic planning and maintenance for social media channels including recommendations on additional channels and their implementation- Creation of monthly content calendars and image sourcing- Liaising of external agencies where appropriate for boosted content, promotional/advertising related content, negative/crisis response- Measurement and reporting- Other social media related duties as assigned
