It is also my responsibility to make sure our impulse fixture remains full and neatly labeled with correct product information as well as product prices. When cashing customers out, I always make it a point to explain our free loyalty program and make sure they are satisfied with their visit. Life Enrichment AssistantBridges By Epoch Jun 2018 - Aug 2019Nashua NhMy job as a Life Enrichment Assistant is primarily to run program and assist the Life Enrichment director. I help create the monthly calendar by providing a list of programs that I would like to run, that are both beneficial to our residents and fun. I am tasked with creating "daily sheets" that are informative of the days events. I make supply lists and sometimes create function request forms for food related activities. In my experience, I have been through multiple dementia and other safety trainings. I always watch for changes in residents while they are in program, and notify the nursing staff. I am the point person when it comes to working with our volunteers and am responsible for training them in addition to other new life enrichment employees on the floor. I always make sure to read the "inspiration sheets" for incoming residents and introduce myself- as it important to make new residents feel at home and comfortable in program. I find it important to get to know each and every resident. If residents become agitated- I will redirect or work 1:1 with them. -
