I am a graduate from the University of Hawai’i at Manoa with a Bachelors of Science with a concentration in Kinesiology and Rehabilitation Science. I bring a strong foundation in understanding the human body and its biomechanics. Currently, I am actively engaged as a Yoga Instructor in Shewsberry, New Jersey, blending my passion for movement and wellness. While guiding others on their yoga journey, I am eager and open to new opportunities that allow me to apply and expand my knowledge in the medical field.
