Managing the branch needs of 10+ employees volunteer times as well as seeking out new volunteering opportunities for the branch. Understanding and compliance of financial honesty, laws, procedures and regulations. Operating under an unbiased and empathetic understanding for each member to best serve them and their needs. Growth of customer service skills, and basic cash handling and electronic banking fluency. Trendsetting goals in one of the larger and busier branches, both personal and team goals being met or surpassed each quarter. Working towards applying each course taken at FRCC to my work position to better serve members of my community in understanding and managing their finances.
