Created interactive dashboards from scratch using Power BI from which displays critical information such as the top 10 customers/product versions/clients/latency for every node.- Implemented Audit Logs feature which displays various important changes in the network for certain APIs (Upgrade, backup-restore, authentication).- Implemented Customer Feedback feature which stores the feedback and product version details from customers in MongoDB.- Added a feature using JGraphT which determines the shortest possible path to upgrade a node from version A to version B. This eliminates the need for the user to access a node and then figure out the upgrade process.- Various backend tasks such as system up-gradation, code coverage (Sonar), and thread management.Product 2: Cisco Prime Infrastructure- Working as a full-stack engineer for critical Alarms and Events feature of the product. Adding a custom event generation feature. Using this feature, customers do not need to add a request to support a new SNMP Trap.
