o Ensure Council fulfills its fiduciary responsibilities regarding financial reporting, audit, legal and ethical conduct, and appropriate use and investment of assets to sustain the viability of the College.

o Share responsibility for ensuring that the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario achieves its legislated mandate of public protection and improving the profession of kinesiology. o Participate in establishing the entry-to-practice requirements to make certain only qualified kinesiologists practice in Ontario; determining the standards necessary for competent, safe and ethical practice; maintaining a quality assurance program to ensure the continuing competence of members, and implementing complaints and discipline processes to protect the public interest. o Member of the Inquiries, Complaints and Reports Committee (ICRC). The ICRC considers concerns about the practice, conduct, or health of a College member where their ability to practice according to the standards of the profession may be at risk.o Member of the Quality Assurance Committee (QAC). The QAC supports the College’s mandate to protect the public interest and improve the profession by ensuring the competency of College members through education, monitoring, and remediation.

o Lead the Quality Assurance Committee in supporting the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario’s mandate to protect the public interest and improve the profession of kinesiology by ensuring competency of College members through education, monitoring, and remediation.

o Orchestrated efforts with internal and external stakeholders to scale companies with revenues between $10 million and $100 million within many industry sectors such as clean energy technology and SaaS via mergers/acquisitions. o Lead growth initiatives and developing operational and financial strategies to increase corporate efficiency. o Analyzed complex financial statements against forecasts and prepared high-level variance analysis. Provided stakeholders with comprehensive and accurate valuations.

o Develop and implement strategies to stimulate corporate interest in the Queen's Master of Finance program

o Focus on Capital Markets and Asset Managemento Relevant courses: Equity Markets and Analysis, Quantitative Analysis and Economics, Advanced Portfolio Management, Financial Modeling (Marquee Group), Financial Statement Analysis and Corporate Finance, and Introduction to Hedge Funds.

o Provide strategic advice on public administration and human resource management principles and practices related to program planning, implementation and operation, people management skills, strategic and operational planning and delegation, and accountability structures.o Plan and develop strategic, business-oriented human resource strategies, projects and business processes for human resource disciplines, including strategies and plans aimed at harmonizing military/civilian cultures, and assist in leading implementation.o Advise and consult with senior management and sub-delegated managers on alternative human resource strategies, business plans, as well as management and operational issues.o Research, develop and implement strategies, plans and guidelines relating to new or revised legislated programs.o Research and analyze relevant federal and provincial jurisprudence to develop appropriate workplace practices.o Provide transitional support and advice to client managers and employees during organizational change.

o Provide advice and guidance to senior and middle management on human resource planning and programs, succession planning, labour relations, workplace accommodation, employment equity, organizational design and development and resourcing/recruiting.o Advise on and guide clients through human resource planning requirements including composition of annual human resources plans and quarterly reports.o Interpret Collective Agreements and Federal Legislation related to the Federal Public Service.o Compose in-depth labour relations reports, investigate and advise on complaints, grievances, and disciplinary matters.o Advise on appropriate resourcing practices and guide clients through resourcing processes.
