Business Model CoachConstraint Management Ltd. 2013 - Sep 2018In 2012 started to use Business Model Canvas (A. Osterwalder) and Steve Blank approach for helping start-uppers and seasoned managers to analyze and upgrade their business models. Later I have shifted towards using Lean Canvas (A. Mauyra). For last three years have added 10x, jobs-to-be-done, and design thinking approaches to my toolbox. I have also combined a business model analysis with a smart SWOT analysis. SWOT is the most abused analysis tool, but using concepts from prof. N. F. Piercy I have upgraded widely known SWOT to much more insightful smart SWOT.
