Captiv Creative is a marketing firm with a focus on digital content creation. Duties included communicating with clients to determine what is the best content and distribution strategies for their website, google business page, social media, and tv advertisement. I developed clients website and created back end portals that were easy for them to use. Also I created virtual tours so potential customers for clients could explore their establishments or what they have to offer. I managed major video production projects from start to finish, hiring actor, schedule shoot dates, confirming shoot locations, directing on set, making sure project were delivered on time, etc.

Custom built software application for various clients. These applications were GIS based using various GIS API's. The knowledge of many different languages and skills were needed. I was able to use my knowledge of the many javascript libraries, .NET framework, python, and GIS applications to name a few. There were daily scrum calls that scope out the work and daily task. Agile methods were used to ensure that projects moved along as they should.

Members schedule an appointment to talk with me about various health and fitness relates subjects. Mostly members schedule appointment for 2 different reasons: One is to be set up in our FitLixx systems which is the computer system that connects every machine to a centralized server to record and track members various exercises. After the members are set up in the system I usually demonstrate any workout or machine on their plan. Most of the session consist of me describing how each machine works with the system to record and analyze their results.Another reason is to participate in SMART Start which is sitting and discussing exactly where the new member is in their process of getting fit. After figuring exactly where the member is and where they want to go I recommend an variety of workout and classes that would best fit their goals. I usually recommend they set up an appointment to get registered for FitLinxx.
