I am currently a student athlete at Indiana University Kokomo where I will be graduating with my undergrad in Finance & Accounting in 2023 followed by graduating with an MBA in 2024. I am a starter and captain of the volleyball team. While I am an athlete, school is my number one priority. I ended my Freshman year of college with a 4.0 GPA and was a member of the Dean's List. Outside of school and volleyball, I am a member of the finance and accounting club as well as student government at Indiana University Kokomo.Each and everyday I strive to bring my strong work ethic, determination, and passion into all aspects of life. At school and in volleyball, I push myself to be the best and do not accept anything less as an option. Throughout my years of playing volleyball, the most crucial piece of knowledge that I learned was how to unite different individuals with different backgrounds and beliefs to share one common goal. The different experiences that I have been given have developed me into a well rounded individual. I have been given the opportunity to shadow the Chief Executive Officer of a Fortune 500 company, research about the development of new technologies in our world, and write articles about how new ideas based on these technologies change society by the day. I have also been privileged enough to have "hands on" experiences in a manufacturing facility over the summer where I built parts, but also was tasked with tracking my own manufacturing overhead and time spent on each part of production. The vast amount of opportunities I have been given have brought me to where I am today, a college student ready for more experiences.
