Obtained four World Class Manufacturing Green-Belts – in the focus areas of Industrial Efficiency, Reliability, Customer Focus and Service, and Quality and Process Control.

Established a manufacturing process and commercial uses of poly-itaconic acid. • Scale-Up: Developed and implemented a manufacturing process for a pilot scale polymer production plant. • Commercialization: Investigated the commercial use of the polymer in detergents including developing validation testing, which led to patents and various commercial products. One of the products developed was chosen as a finalists for 2012 Product of the Year through the NH High Technology Council. • Development: Modified organic compounds to control characteristics for specific applications with the polymer, leading to three patents.
