Learned about the ADKAR method of change management, created documents and worksheets to facilitate adoption and use of Change Management throughout IT & Operations. I also was able to Assist with communication plans and rebranding the logo and name of projects.

I planned and implemented various marketing and advertising techniques to generate new sales to further personal and team success. I also managed the training and career development of incoming team members through individual, group and online on-boarding. I conducted and coached a team of over 10 women while also responsible for individual sales.

I gained experience and enhanced knowledge in Quick Books software while also designing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive technology solutions to meet business needs. I assisted in maintaining company’s social media accounts and handling content creation.

I work on and off at Indoor Comfort Heating and Cooling when I am home from the University of Iowa. I communicate with customers, help work on the social media such as Facebook and Instagram, as well as making and publishing advertisements for the company.

I worked as a receptionist as well as a shampoo girl. I communicated with customers, marketed the products and sold retail. I did many receptionist positions such as answering phones and booking appointments through the computer and booking events.
