- Legal and regulatory analyses – preparing analyses for internal needs, needs assessment, and recommendations for implementing legal/regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.- Legal and regulatory projects – planning and conducting projects related to implementing new laws, regulations, and guidelines of regulators (Polish and European), e.g., Recommendation Z of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority, EBA guidelines on internal governance, Act on the protection of whistleblowers. Cooperation in the Supervisory Examination and Evaluation Process (SREP/BION).- Internal regulations and compliance assurance – design and implementation of internal regulations implementing requirements of common binding law and Citigroup corporate requirements. Coordination of bank-wide implementation works.- Conduct risk – responsibility for the new process design, preparation, and implementation of new conduct risk management regulations for Citi Handlowy. Ensuring operational effectiveness of implemented regulations- Compliance risk – conducting assessment and reporting processes (monthly, quarterly and annual cycles). On-going risk management as 2 LoD. Advisory for internal business units.- ESG & product compliance – advisory for business units, cooperation in new product implementation and compliance assurance processes, reviewing regulations, materials for customers (including marketing materials), and promotional campaigns.- Ethics, conflict of interest, whistleblowing – management of regulations, conducting internal investigations, advisory.- Training and presentations for employees.- Cooperation with the Polish Financial Supervision Authority and the Polish Bank Association.

- Legal advisory in compliance with specific requirements for the industries in which clients operate, design of solutions, implementation of policies and procedures, outsourcing of compliance solutions.- Legal projects management – analysis, planning, implementation, and monitoring of the effects of legal projects in the fields of, e.g., new technology law, commercial law, and labour law. Projects for domestic and foreign entities of international scope.- Managing cooperation with clients – acting as an account manager and contact person for the clients, accepting orders, and supervising their correct and timely execution by the firm's lawyers (based on the agile method). Building relationships with clients, services sales, and ensuring the development of cooperation.- Development of new legal products offered to clients and prospects.- On-going legal services to the firm's clients – advisory on matters related to their business, designing optimal legal solutions, drafting contracts, legal opinions, summons, and pleadings. Correspondence with courts and offices. Negotiating terms of cooperation with client's business partners.- Training and presentations – preparation and conduct; representation of the Law Firm at industry events, conferences, and congresses.
