Responsible for revenue growth, margin target and strengthening of engagement relationship. Responsibilities also included overall ownership of IT as vendor SPOC and delivery of IT agenda for all business portfolios (Loss Mitigation, Loan Resolution, Investor Reporting, Customer Advocacy, Foreclosure and Bankruptcy, REO).- Achieved consistent double-digit revenue and margin growth for past 3 years in the current account- Led a large team to successfully deliver a complex M&A program for a Fortune 300 US Asset Management Services company (largest in the history of the company) with the challenge to have no / minimal impact to the existing BAU operation. The program included implementation of new Equity & Fixed Income trading platforms, middle office & back-office integration and large fund conversion & mergers. Responsibilities included program management and overall technology delivery to complete the integration, planning for multiple releases, financial management, risk / issue governance, escalation management, coordination with multiple stakeholders (e.g. multi-vendor technology service providers, various product vendors, array of technology infrastructure (TI) groups). Contributed towards $1 M post-merger TCM save.- Led a large team of PMs, Architects, Tech Leads, Analysts, Developers and Testers to deliver a large digital transformation program within schedule & budget. The peak team size was 300+ resources (100+ onshore & 200+ Offshore) spread across geographies (US, India & China).
