As Marketing Director it is my responsibility to increase sales, and identify areas that need improvement. I find or create marketing material to improve company images, offer sales promotions and informational material for customers and sales staff use. With the use of Photoshop, Microsoft Word and Excel I create organized sales contests and promotions working with sales management and vendors. I work with sales staff to receive feedback on the effectiveness of the promotion and try to change approach or materials to help meet their marketing regions. I also monitor inventory and make specials to help move dead inventory from the books so that new inventory can be brought in. I have also work in the designing and implementation of the new GHS labeling protocols ensuring the company is compliant. I also help create and completely maintain the company website and study analytics to ensure the company is capture any leads possible.

Answer phones, take order, call customers to try and get order to build loads. Also responsible for ensuring customers accounts are current before shipping orders and invoicing customers accurately. Daily job requires research of different products for customers and ensure they knowledgeable about the different products they can receive.

As lead teller/csr it was my duty to help my branch reach sales goals provided by the holding company. It was my daily responsibility to monitor sales reports and determine ways to motivate employees and improve sales for the branch. I had monthly visits with each individual employee offering coaching to help each person use their strengths and improve weakness in their sales process. I was selected by the company to be on a conversion team to help teach employees from a bank we acquired how to follow Empires polices and sales processes. After the conversion process was completed I was placed in one of the newly acquired facilities to help improve efficiency and help the branch reach goals expected by the company. I used programs such as Excel and Word to create sales reports and contests. It was also my responsibility to help customers open accounts and save many of the issues they might have had.
