Held a key role as part of a five person team to gather customer insight to inform critical business decisions. As part of the Customer and Prospect Database team, I helped build a database which would provide the sales and product management teams with both white space and greenfield information for customers and legacy prospects. The project consisted of both online and Sales Force Dot Com research coupled with a call campaign to both current and legacy customers. Core Security, a product of four brands, launched the Customer and Prospect Database as an effort to understand the white space of their new customer base. By the end of the project, it was proven so successful that it will be continued throughout the year as well as installed as a best practice in all organizations within the Private Equity group that owns Core Security.
