Management of the finance and all legal issues in the company and subsidiaries, including the reorganization of the Company establishing a parent company in the USA, as part of a financial round of over $18M.My repsonsibilities are:- International tax planning including establishment of an European subsidiary.- Active participation financial rounds of the company (over $30M), and securing a $5M loan from an American venture lending fund.- Quarterly and annual reports (US GAAP, IFRS).- Preparation of budget and budget control.- Legal work including contracts, employment agreements, stock options plan for employees and others.- Raised fund from Israeli Government via Approved Enterprise and Chief Scientist Office.- Cash management, including negotiations with banks regarding loans, fees, interest rates, etc.- Market research on investments and M&A, venture capitals, and potential strategic partners to establish the Company's policy on fund raising and strategic partnerships.

My responsibilities were:- Preparation and budget control of the group.- Responsible for the financial reports of the group, negotiation with banks in Israel and abroad (credit lines and loans).- Working with the company's lawyers on contracts and agreements, stock option plan for employees and establishing companies and joint ventures in Israel and abroad.- Participation in determining the strategy and policy of the company in Israel and abroad.

In charge, both in Israel and the US subsidiary of the following areas: financial, legal, HR and administration. Contact with governamental institutions such as Investment Center and the "Marketing Fund". My responsibilities included:- Financial: reponsible for the accounting, negotiation with banks (credit line), company's budget and financial reports. Also due diligence in a private investment round.- Legal: secretary of the company, checking contracts and agreements, implementing the stock option plan for employees.- HR and administration: recruiting procedures and other employees' benefits, rent contracts, insurance, etc.
