Kali has worked for eighteen years in education, serving students K-12 as a psychology teacher in the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program, vice principal, and currently as an instructional coach. She has spoken as a regional presenter for Stephen Covey’s Leader in Me and completed training with the National Institute of School Leadership. Kali has also served as a Director of Leadership Development in the financial services industry. She has created and led leadership trainings to support strategic initiatives and served as a learning and development coach throughout all levels of organizations. She has studied with The Center for Executive Coaching to become a certified executive coach.Kali holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science, a Master’s Degree in Education, and an Education Specialist Degree in K-12 Leadership. She is an enthusiastic mother of two children- Semra and Cooper. Kali has been married to her husband, Brian, for 15 years. She enjoys traveling, decorating, and entertaining with family and friends.
