The Youth Engagement Leader position is responsible for the delivery of quality services, youth programs, and initiatives for youth 13 – 18 years of age including but not limited to Youth Centre’s youth drop-in programming and outreach located in urban and rural Milton.

A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Therapist's responsibility is to assist in restructuring environments and activities to support the clients’ behaviours, teach skills that allow the individual to communicate and/or function more effectively, facilitate consistent implementation of the behaviour plan, and monitor outcomes, implement behavioural procedures for the acquisition of replacement skills and reduction of problematic behaviours, and collect data as prescribed by a recipient’s behavior analysis service plan.

In my role, I plan and implement recreation programs for international students at Laurier, creating engaging and inclusive activities that enhance their university experience. I provide comprehensive administrative support, including report preparation and program material management, ensuring all logistical aspects run smoothly.Additionally, I assist in developing and implementing program procedures, collaborating closely with team members to achieve our objectives efficiently. My efforts contribute to evaluating and improving program effectiveness through meticulous data collection and analysis, driving continuous improvement and ensuring the highest quality of service for our students.

Dons are upper-year students whose role is to ensure the needs of their students and community are being met. Dons provide support, build genuine relationships with their students, promote responsible behaviour, act as academic and social role models and encourage respect and awareness of diversity.

As Wellness Design Lab Assistant, I was responsible for actively engaging with the mentorship sessions, weekly team meetings with student colleagues, and other duties that come out of the Wellness Design Lab creative process.

As a Sales Associate I balanced fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction and offered service including supporting issues to resolution and insured that products picked are of the highest quality i.e. no damaged products, freshest product selection etc.

As a Sales Associate, I specialized in the knowledge of how to size customers and operated electronic systems, to buy trade and sell customers' items.

As a Cash Supervisor I monitored, directed, and prioritized all storefront activities for cashiers. I was responsible for training all new cashiers and having new cashiers shadow experience other team members. As well as, handling paperwork for voids, returns, cash in/cash out, coupon sales and deposits.
