In my role at the RTIC Unit, I am responsible for monitoring various sources of information, such as surveillance footage, social media, and police reports, to identify potential criminal activity and trends. I work diligently to piece together disparate pieces of information to create a comprehensive picture of criminal behavior in our community.I also play a key role in disseminating this information to law enforcement officers in the field, providing them with real-time updates and intelligence to aid in their investigations and decision-making. By staying on top of emerging threats and criminal patterns, I help ensure that our officers are well-equipped to respond effectively to any situation that may arise.In addition to my day-to-day responsibilities, I am committed to ongoing training and professional development to stay current on the latest techniques and technologies in criminal intelligence analysis. I actively seek out opportunities to expand my knowledge and skills, attending conferences, workshops, and training sessions to enhance my expertise and contribute to the success of our team.Overall, I am proud to be a part of the dedicated team at the Hampton Police Division's Real Time Information Center, working tirelessly to keep our community safe and secure.
