Both projects were delivered successfully and prioritized business-focused solutions aligned with our clients' goals.I addressed a client's vendor lock-in by proposing and supervising the development of a custom web application. Through the strategic use of Python, PostgreSQL, AWS Lambda, and API Gateway, we liberated the client from vendor dependencies, significantly reduced subscription costs by 80%, and empowered them with increased control and flexibility. My leadership in this initiative highlights my capacity to drive strategic solutions and deliver measurable business impact.In addition to leading the custom web app development, I designed and developed 40 REST APIs using serverless architecture. I optimized deployment with a CI/CD pipeline using GitLab Runner, Terraform, and AWS. Mentoring a team of 13, I nurtured growth and collaboration. Driving agile practices, I led sprint planning and ensured code quality with Pytest, SonarQube, and Jest.I contributed to HTC's internal E-portal project as a developer, improving functionality. I also played a key role in recruitment, organising walk-in drives and interviewing over 300 candidates to ensure the growth of our technical team.I initiated a club connecting architects and aspiring architects, facilitating problem-solving discussions and solutions for architectural challenges.

Efficiently migrated a legacy project to the latest technology stack in six months with limited resources. Led backend development using AWS Lambda, Node.js, and Express.js, developing over 50 APIs, significantly enhancing project scalability and client satisfaction.I contributed to a geo-analytical ETL project initially managed by two vendors. Due to our exceptional delivery quality, we became the sole vendor, outperforming the other.I swiftly learned Tableau, creating a dashboard for an internal project and earning appreciation for my contributions.I participated in various technical clubs, organizing gatherings to discuss emerging technologies and connect like-minded individuals.

During COVID, I developed the UHCA mobile app for booking vaccination and test appointments. Despite remote collaboration challenges, I delivered the base project in 2 weeks and completed it in 3 months, demonstrating my ability to deliver high-impact solutions under tight deadlines.I developed 20 proof of concepts (POCs) covering avionic configuration, asset management, quality assurance, and IoT integration. Eight of these progressed to billable projects, earning me a commendation prize for my contributions. These projects generated significant revenue for the company.Working with various avionic clients, we had numerous pending client case studies. To address this, I formed an innovation team. We thoroughly analyzed each case and provided tailored business solutions. This initiative not only satisfied our clients but also generated additional revenue for the company.I dedicated several years to the avionic project, consistently enhancing technology, adding new features, and ensuring delivery every sprint. Initially operating under a legacy model, we transitioned to Agile methodology during the journey. Starting as a developer, I grew within the project, eventually leading the team.Organized weekly "Tech Thursday" events to discuss upcoming technologies.

Testing avionic configurations manually was highly challenging due to the complexity and variability of environments. I developed an automated testing software lifecycle, reducing effort by 45% and costs by 80%.I developed an automation testing framework for the avionic system. Manual testing of over 1500 REST APIs previously took 2 weeks, but with automation, this time was reduced to just 3 hours.Utilizing my Jamsta experience from a previous company, I developed the Media One application for flights lacking in-flight entertainment systems. This solution was successfully deployed on around 20 aircraft.

This project, born from a simple idea during a car ride, holds a special place in my heart. It is an application-oriented home automation IoT project that senses users' moods and plays music accordingly based on their history and time. During social gatherings, connected users can collectively choose and dedicate songs to one another. Additionally, it provides live cricket scores and enables home lighting adjustment. Led by me with support from junior developers, we successfully launched it in the market. I developed this end-to-end and delivered it within 9 months, showcasing my passion for innovation and practical application of IoT technology.
